Swimming and floating in the water feels SO good when you're pregnant! Highly recommend swimming and just exercising in general to relieve the aches and pains of an ever expanding belly and different body weight distribution.
懷孕的時候在水裡面游泳或是飄真的很舒服!我大力推薦游泳或是任何讓你可以動一動的運動。你越來越大的肚子身體上的壓力會感謝你。雞肉骨頭酸痛會比較舒服以謝謝。
I'm currently feeling EXTREMELY bloated and heavy (Maybe. Just maaaaybe... I shouldn't have had that 3rd serving of Indian food for dinner. Heh heh. Oops) so here's a reminder to myself that this feeling, too, shall pass... 😂😂
